Refund and Money Back Policy

Thank you for buying our courses. We want to make sure that our users have a rewarding experience while they are discovering information, assessing, and purchasing our training courses, whether it may be for online or classroom training courses. 

As with any online purchase experience, the below are the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course on the Signup Certification website you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and the points below.

Cancellation & Refunds: Classroom Training

Signup Certification, reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or force-majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.)

  • In case Signup Certification cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the delegate.
  • If a cancellation is done by a delegate 7 days (or more) prior to the event, 10% of the total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the delegate.
  • If a cancellation is done by a delegate within 7 days (or less) of the event, no refunds will be made.
  • Money back guarantee is void if the participant has accessed more than 25% content of an e-learning course or has attended Classrooms training for more than 1 day.

Cancellation & Refunds: Online Training

  • If the cancellation is done by the delegate within 48 hours of subscribing, 5% will be deducted as administration fee.
  • If the cancellation is done by the delegate after 48 hours of subscribing no refund will be made.
  • In case of third party courses (eg. MS Project and MS Share point), 50% administration and cancellation charges will be levied on the total fee paid by the delegate and the remaining amount will be paid if the cancelation is done within 48 hours of subscription.
  • No refund will be made to the delegate after 48 hours of subscribing to the course.
  • Money back guarantee is void if the participant has accessed more than 25% content of an e-learning course or has attended Online Classrooms/received recordings for more than 1 day.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY

  • The refund policy of each course is mentioned on the respective course page. In case of any refund requirement, please check out the relevant course page for the course-specific refund policy. In case of refund for courses which do not have a course-specific refund policy, the participant can get a refund if he/she places the refund request and informs us within 24 hours of the first session. We will refund the entire amount. Participants should communicate the same to us via email to support@signupcertification.com
  • No refund will be made after the first day of the class.
  • If a delegate wishes to reschedule his/her session, a rescheduling fee of $250 will be charged.
  • Online Self-Learning courses have a 3 day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the course and report this over an email to support@signupcertification.com within 3 days from the date of purchase we will refund the entire amount. Refund policy doesn't apply in case user has used more than 30% of the curriculum or has downloaded any offline materials.
  • Registrations for our exam service, note that all exams will be booked within 1 year from the date of registration. Registrants will need to provide necessary information on time to enable us to book exams.
  • No refunds will be made on examination services? registration fees.
  • Exam services will take up to 20 working days for processing examination applications.
  • Soft copies will be provided for certificates received from third party and accreditation bodies. If a delegate requires a print copy, an additional amount towards shipping, handling and other related expenses will be charged on actuals.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.
